Q: How long do orders take to ship out?
A: All our sets are hand painted and can take hours to be curated. Orders can take up to 20 days to be made and shipped out. We try our best to ship out within 10 days of initial purchase.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: After the orders have been shipped, the orders generally take 5-25 days to ship depending on your shipping method and location. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Depending on your selected shipping method, you may or may not be able to track your order. Untracked packages are sent via letter-mail and are an affordable shipping method for our customers. However, with this shipping method, you will not receive a confirmation email from Canada Post and you will be unable to track your package as it moves in transit.
If your total reached the tracked shipping, you will be able to track your order in transit and a confirmation from Canada Post. Jenté Nails is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Q: Why is my order late/delayed?
A: If you selected untracked shipping at checkout, we have no information to track the shipment. Unfortunately, if the shipment has past 30 days, your package may be lost. We do not replace lost or stolen packages.
Q: How do I cancel/change my order?
A: If you have entered the wrong address or want to make changes/cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible to ensure we can make these changes before your nails are shipped out. Orders exceeding 24 hours are not able to be changed. Sets that have already been made cannot be cancelled/refunded.
Q: Do you guys ship internationally?
A: Yes we do. Shipping will be more expensive, please DM @jentenails on Instagram to arrange an international order.
Q: When does the shop reopen?
A: This store reopens every month for a limited amount of orders. After all those spots fill, no more orders are taken until the next month. Spots are generally filled within 5 minutes of the opening time, be quick to secure your spot!
Q: How do I book a custom order?
A: To book a custom set, send a message to @jentenails on Instagram with a clear image of what you want and your nail sizing. We will quote you with a price for the design. At opening time, purchase a custom deposit to secure your position, the remaining balance can be paid by e-transfer or on the website.
Q: Are custom sets more expensive?
A: They generally cost around the same as the sets listed on our website, but more intricate designs that take more time will naturally be more expensive. We price our sets based on detail and time to paint. Please send a reference picture to @jentenails on Instagram for a price quotation.
Q: How do I size myself?
A: A sizing kit is the best option for an accurate fit. Please refer to the 'Sizing' page on our website or the 'sizing' Instagram highlight featured on our Instagram @jentenails.
